Free shipping on all orders over $100.

Currently we only offer shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not offer additional international shipping locations from the United States at this stage.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of all orders. 

Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), but we cannot guarantee these delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via one of our carriers. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist.


We are sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges of shapewear for hygienic reasons. 

We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
